Celebrate the Girls Concert
February 6, 8pm
Get ready for a fun-filled night of exciting entertainment when three dynamic ladies, accompanied by high-energy musicians, pay a musical tribute to the women of song.
This sparkling revue contains musical gems such as “I am Woman” from the Broadway musical “Smokey Joe’s Café,” and the ultimate female showstopper “Dreamgirls.” Your audience will groove to the soulful sounds of the Supremes and Aretha Franklin, and are certain to enjoy the bands’ arrangements of American songbook classics like “Over The Rainbow” and “Nature Boy.” Even the guys jump in the act when the bands’ musical director and smooth bass player sings about his lady “Caldonia” and all the ladies want to “Jump Jive and Wail.”
The show is performed by the sensational band TK BLU, a performing and recording group that is well-known for thrilling audiences and receiving great accolades and reviews. Their upbeat performance will have you dancing in the aisles.
So guys and dolls, get ready to CELEBRATE THE GIRLS.
